We believe that everyone deserves quality healthcare, regardless of their financial situation. Our Sunshine Savings Program includes self-pay and prompt pay discounts to help make medical care more affordable.

If you meet one of the following criteria, you may qualify for a 35% discount on your medical expenses:

We are committed to providing quality care, regardless of your ability to pay. Our clinic accepts most insurance carriers and offers a Sliding Fee Scale for qualifying patients. Our team of Care Managers and Patient Advocates is available to provide additional resources and financial assistance options.

Do You Accept My Insurance?

We are in-network with:

We will bill any insurance you provide, but it may be considered out of network. Unfortunately, we are unable to bill out-of-state Medicaid.


What If I Don’t Have Insurance?

Sunshine Clinic offers a Sliding Fee Scale for uninsured patients. You can request an application at our front desk, print it from our website, or schedule an appointment with a Patient Advocate. To apply, please provide proof of income, which may include:

  • Wages or Self-Employment Income

  • Social Security, Retirement, or Pension Benefits

  • Unemployment Benefits

  • Child Support or Spousal Support

  • Foster Care or Public Assistance

The Alaska State Public Health Lab also provides many lab tests at reduced or no cost. Samples collected at our offices are sent to Anchorage or Fairbanks for testing.


What If I Can’t Afford My Bill?

We understand that medical expenses can be overwhelming. That’s why we offer payment plans that allow patients to pay off their bills within 12 months.


I Don’t Understand My Bill. What Should I Do?

Patients can utilize the patient portal to access their billing statements and make payments. If you have any questions, please contact our billing team at 1-907-733-2273 ext. 2500.
