Brie Pinero-Beach is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides school-based behavioral health services through Sunshine Community Health Center. With more than 10 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families, Brie is passionate about helping young people build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and navigate life's challenges with confidence. She currently serves students at Teeland Middle School, Houston High School, and Dena'ina Elementary School, providing compassionate, accessible care that supports emotional wellness both inside and outside the classroom.

A Journey to Healthcare

Brie earned her Master of Social Work from North Carolina State University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of behavioral health settings, including outpatient clinics, school-based programs, intensive in-home services, and residential treatment. Her diverse background has given her the opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide evidence-based, trauma-informed care tailored to the unique needs of children, teens, and their families.

Life Outside the Clinic

Originally from the East Coast, Brie now proudly calls Alaska home, where she lives with her wife and their four children. She has loved playing softball since second grade and continued competing throughout college. Today, she enjoys playing on both women's and coed softball teams during Alaska's summer months. When winter arrives, Brie enjoys slowing down and spending quality time at home with her family.
