Sunshine Community Health Center is proud to be part of Project Homeless Connect 2026. In partnership with Mat-Su Public Health, our team will be on-site providing immunizations and trusted health education. Members of our dental department will be available to discuss oral health care options and assist with scheduling appointments if needed. Our patient advocates will also be there to help individuals navigate insurance and coverage options, understand sliding fee scale opportunities, and connect to care—because everyone deserves access to health care when they need it, regardless of financial status.
Individuals in the Northern Valley (Trapper Creek, Talkeetna, and Willow) experiencing homelessness—including those living in tents or campers, staying with friends, sleeping in their vehicles, or outdoors—may access transportation to this event through Sunshine Transit by…
