COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a structured, goal-oriented form of talk therapy that helps individuals identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. By understanding the connection between thoughts, feelings, and actions, CBT equips people with practical skills to manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns, leading to healthier coping strategies and improved well-being.
