About the event
The NVHC invites anyone to join our monthly meetings to learn about resources and projects affecting our communities. You do not need to be a member to join. These meetings are an open forum with goals to increase communication and resources amongst our Northern Valley communities.
Ryan Romans from Sunshine Community Health Center will be giving a special presentation on Social Determinants of Health, what they are, how they affect your health outcomes, and what Sunshine is doing to lead the way in addressing health disparities in our northern valley communities. This training is open to the public!
